Policies & Procedures
Booking & Pricing Policy
- The party bus rental rate is $150 per hour with a 3-hour minimum booking requirement.
- Each additional hour beyond the 3-hour minimum is billed at $135 per hour.
- All pricing is subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
- A deposit is required to secure the reservation. Remaining balances must be paid prior to departure unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Arrival & Grace Period Policy
- The scheduled arrival time is the time the party bus is expected to be ready for boarding at the designated pickup location.
- A 30-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled arrival time at no additional charge.
- If the group is not ready to board within the 30-minute grace period, additional time may be deducted from the scheduled rental or billed accordingly.
- Delays caused by the client do not extend the scheduled end time unless additional hours are purchased and approved.
Pickup & Drop-Off Location Policy
- A designated pickup and drop-off location must be provided at the time of booking.
- Locations must be safe, legal, and accessible for a commercial-sized vehicle.
- Any changes to the pickup or drop-off location must be communicated prior to the scheduled arrival time and are subject to driver approval.
- The company reserves the right to adjust pickup or drop-off locations if required for safety, traffic restrictions, or local regulations.
Damage Policy
Any damage to the party bus caused by passengers will be assessed after the event.
Damage fees start at $150 and may increase depending on the extent and number of damages.
Each additional damaged area or item will be charged separately. Examples of chargeable damages include (but are not limited to):
- Broken or damaged seating
- Stains or spills requiring deep cleaning
- Damage to lighting, sound systems, windows, or fixtures
- Excessive trash, bodily fluids, or misuse of the vehicle
- Damage fees will be charged to the card on file or invoiced following the event.
Passenger Conduct Policy
- All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner.
- Standing through sunroofs, leaning out of windows, or distracting the driver is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal substances, weapons, or unsafe behavior are not permitted.
- The driver has the authority to end the ride early if passenger behavior becomes unsafe or violates company policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Alcohol & Cleanliness Policy
- Alcohol consumption is permitted only where legally allowed and in compliance with local laws.
- Passengers are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness throughout the ride.
- Excessive cleaning required after the event may result in additional cleaning fees.
Cancellation & Changes Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to the terms outlined in the booking agreement.
- Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or partial charges.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By booking and boarding the party bus, the client and all passengers acknowledge and agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined above. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or early termination of service without refund.
